Speaker: Mark O’Leary is the President and CEO of Enterprise Minnesota, the state’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) center that helps small and mid-sized manufacturers grow and compete. He brings extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, technology, healthcare, and financial services. Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota in 2026, O’Leary served as Chief Marketing Officer at SPS Commerce, where he led product, marketing, and international operations, including oversight of SPS Europe. Earlier in his career, he served as president of Taylor Healthcare and later president of Taylor Communications, where he led the restructuring of a $1.2 billion organization with more than 4,000 employees. O’Leary holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Creighton University. In his role with Enterprise Minnesota, he works closely with manufacturers across the state to support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth in Minnesota’s manufacturing sector.

Tour: Join us for a tour of Clow Stamping Company in the Brainerd area and experience modern metal manufacturing up close. Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at a busy production environment where powerful punch presses, advanced laser cutting technology, and robotic welding systems transform raw metal into precision components used in a wide range of industries. Guests will learn about Clow’s in-house tooling, machining, and quality control processes while seeing firsthand how skilled employees and advanced equipment work together to efficiently produce high-quality parts. This tour offers a unique opportunity to see the scale, innovation, and craftsmanship that drive manufacturing in our region.
