As we head into the second half of the year, I want to thank each of you for being a part of the Lakes Area Manufacturers Alliance. Our manufacturing community continues to thrive because of the collaboration, innovation, and dedication of companies like yours.

We have an exciting lineup of opportunities to connect this year, and I encourage you to take advantage of them. Join us on August 20 for our Membership Meeting and facility tour at Graphic Packaging, where we'll gather for lunch, networking, and an inside look at one of our region's leading manufacturers.

Manufacturing Month is right around the corner, and we're looking forward to two outstanding events on October 6. Our annual Celebrating Manufacturing event will bring together manufacturers, community leaders, educators, and industry partners for a morning of networking, breakfast, and an inspiring keynote speaker highlighting the impact and future of manufacturing in the Brainerd Lakes area. Later that afternoon, we'll host our Emerging Leaders Summit, designed to help develop the next generation of manufacturing leaders through professional development and meaningful connections. Sponsorship opportunities are still available for both events, and we appreciate the support of businesses that help make these programs possible.

We're also excited to share that, thanks to funding from the State of Minnesota, qualifying manufacturers in the LAMA region can receive a discount on their first year of membership.
