As we head into another busy and exciting summer season, I want to thank all of our AMFA members, partners, and supporters for your continued commitment to strengthening manufacturing across our region. Your involvement continues to make a positive impact on our industry and communities.

One of our biggest summer events is just around the corner — the AMFA Golf Social on June 4th at Giants Ridge - The Legend. We encourage members to register golf teams, individual golfers, and sponsorships soon, as spots are filling quickly. Sponsorships close May 29th.

All proceeds from the event support the AMFA Educational Trust, which has donated more than $219,000 to local schools for manufacturing and workforce development programs throughout the region.

We are also excited to launch new programming through the Career Connect Initiative, funded by DEED in partnership with the Midwest Manufacturers Association. This initiative will expand workforce connections, career awareness, and manufacturing pathways across our communities.

Looking ahead, we continue preparations for the Tour of Manufacturing and Made HERE Expo, both of which help showcase regional manufacturers and inspire future workforce talent.

AMFA will also attend FABTECH this October to represent our region. Last year, we returned with 63 new business leads for our members. If you are interested in attending and representing AMFA this year, please contact our office.
